## Key points

- Tandberg says the derby means more than three points.
- She joined Tottenham in September 2025 and scored on her first start.
- Spurs have conceded six goals in each of their last two defeats.

## Summary

Cathinka Tandberg says Tottenham’s north London derby against Arsenal carries meaning beyond the points, representing the club, its supporters and the wider Tottenham community. The lifelong Spurs fan is eager to play on Saturday and embraces the rivalry, while recognising that the occasion brings extra nerves.

The 22-year-old Norwegian joined Spurs from Sweden in September 2025 and scored a 40-yard goal on her first start. She says the Women’s Super League has challenged her to improve physically and contribute beyond scoring, and compares that development with Harry Kane’s. Tottenham finished fifth last season under Martin Ho, but have followed an unbeaten start this season with two defeats, conceding six goals in each; Tandberg says the team must respond while keeping its recent progress in perspective.
