## Key points

- James Acaster confessed to being a Traitor before the vote.
- He received every vote and was banished.
- Maya Jama and King Kenny face scrutiny before the final.

## Summary

Comedian James Acaster revealed at the roundtable that he was a Traitor before voting began, then received every vote and was banished. The unusual admission followed mounting suspicion over the murder of Ross Kemp and brought the pressure of the game into view.

Acaster said he had wanted to be a Faithful and had reluctantly accepted the Traitor role; filming was paused while he gathered himself. Maya Jama also faced accusations, while Faithful Joanne McNally was banished and actress Sharon Rooney was murdered. The episode leaves Jama and King Kenny in the firing line ahead of the final.
