RTÉ has confirmed that the third series of its Irish crime drama Kin, starring Charlie Cox, will be released in 2027. The show follows the Kinsella crime family and has built a following for its blend of dynastic power struggles and gangland betrayal, making its renewal notable for fans awaiting further instalments after the second series.

Cox returns as Michael alongside Clare Dunne, Emmett J. Scanlan, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Sam Keeley, Yasmin Seky and Mark McKenna Jr., with Jack Meade and Öykü Karayel also back; newcomers Alex Deegan and Diyar Bozkurt join the cast. The series is created by Peter McKenna, who also serves as showrunner, co-created by Ciaran Donnelly, and produced by Metropolitan Pictures and House of Juno, with Fifth Season handling global distribution.
