OpenAI has unveiled several workplace collaboration tools at its Dev Day event, centred around ChatGPT Spaces, a shared hub where teams can organise files and AI-generated content together. The company has also integrated ChatGPT into Slack and Microsoft Teams, and introduced new features including meeting note-taking and collaborative documents, representing a significant expansion of OpenAI's presence in workplace productivity software.

Most features will be available on Pro, Business and Enterprise plans, with Spaces initially launching on desktop and web before arriving on mobile. The meeting notes plugin will first appear on macOS desktop for Pro and Business users, whilst ChatGPT integration for Slack and Teams targets Business and Enterprise plans. Additional offerings include Pages (collaborative documents with text, charts and images), exportable collaborative slides and shareable user profiles for showcasing applications and plugins.
