Chelsea Wolfe has announced her next studio album, The Dark, due out on 21 August via Loma Vista, alongside the release of the lead single "Cold" and an accompanying video. The record follows her 2024 album She Reaches Out to She Reaches Out to She and marks a new chapter for the singer, who continues to explore atmospheric, darkly textured songwriting with a fresh set of collaborators.

The Dark was co-written with Jennifer Decilveo and Ben Chisholm, with additional contributions from Robin Finck, Justin Meldal-Johnsen and Matt Chamberlain, and features ten tracks including "Seethe", "Humours" and "Death Is Not The End". Wolfe will support the release with an extensive world tour running from September to December 2026, taking in dates across the United States and Europe, including stops in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Berlin, Paris and Athens, alongside two UK festival and venue appearances in August.
