## Key points

- Pulisic, Balogun and McKennie return to the US squad.
- Pochettino names 25 players for the Haiti quarter-final.
- The first leg will be played in Miami.

## Summary

Christian Pulisic, Folarin Balogun and Weston McKennie are back in the United States men’s squad for the first time since the World Cup. Coach Mauricio Pochettino has named a 25-player group for the team’s first competitive matches since the tournament, with a two-leg CONCACAF Nations League quarter-final against Haiti ahead.

The squad includes most of the World Cup starting line-up, while 19 players were also in September and October camps, when the US won four friendlies. Teenagers Cavan Sullivan, Julian Hall, Adri Mehmeti and Mathis Albert return, and uncapped Reed Baker-Whiting and Santiago Castañeda are included. The first leg is scheduled for next Saturday in Miami, with security concerns preventing a match in Port-au-Prince.
