Collider · 3 hours ago

Christopher Nolan's film adaptation of Homer's "The Odyssey" has become a major box office hit, taking over $700 million worldwide and filling out IMAX screenings, while also earning strong reviews from both critics and audiences. Although a home streaming or physical media release date has not yet been confirmed, fans wanting to engage further with the film now have an official companion product to look forward to.

Amazon has listed "The Odyssey: The Official Screenplay" for pre-order, with a release scheduled for next month. The 240-page book contains the film's official script rather than a novelisation, and will be priced at $17.95 in paperback and $16.99 on Kindle. The film stars Matt Damon as Odysseus, Anne Hathaway as Penelope and Tom Holland as Telemachus, and holds a 94% Certified Fresh critics' score and 97% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes; a behind-the-scenes making-of documentary is also available to stream on Peacock.
