- Coleen Nolan has reportedly listed her Staffordshire farm for sale.
- She plans to move to London, partly to be closer to Ryan Brockbank.
- Friends say she is determined to make the relationship work.

## Summary

Coleen Nolan has reportedly put her Staffordshire farm on the market and plans to move to London, partly to be closer to her new partner, Ryan Brockbank. Friends quoted in the article say the 61-year-old is keen to make the relationship work, although they have some concerns about the age gap and the changes she is making.

Nolan has described the farm as a haven after her second marriage ended and keeps about 30 animals there. The article also says long commutes to London for work contributed to her decision; Brockbank, 41, works at the Fashion Retail Academy and first contacted her on Instagram. The couple went public in August, while Nolan’s daughter Ciara lives in the property’s separate annexe.
