New details have emerged about the Kering Foundation's fifth annual Caring for Women Gala, confirming Colman Domingo as emcee and Paris Hilton as DJ for the afterparty, alongside an expanded list of co-hosts including Pamela Anderson, Simone Biles, Benicio Del Toro, Nacho Figueras, Dakota Johnson and Lorna Simpson. The event, taking place on 10 September in New York at The Pool, continues founders Salma Hayek Pinault and François-Henri Pinault's fundraising drive against gender-based violence, with this year's proceeds directed to Activating Change, Fondo Semillas, JBWS and The New York Women's Foundation.

Last year's dinner raised more than $4.5 million (£3.6 million) for survivor support and violence-prevention work, underlining the scale of the initiative as it marks its fifth edition. This year's gala will include a live auction hosted by Lydia Fenet featuring items and experiences from Gucci, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Pomellato and Lorna Simpson. François-Henri Pinault and Kering's chief sustainability officer Marie-Claire Daveu both stressed the foundation's near two-decade commitment to combating gender-based violence and supporting survivors.
