Comedian Zach Zucker To Unveil ‘Stamptown’ Variety Special On Netflix In August

Deadline · 7 hours ago

Comedian Zach Zucker has announced that his cult late-night variety show "Stamptown" will become a Netflix special, premiering on 25 August 2026, coinciding with the show's tenth year at the Edinburgh Fringe. Billed as a raunchy, chaotic celebration of a decade of unconventional performers, the special serves as a tribute to the venues, festivals and audiences who supported Zucker and his collaborators as the show grew from a niche clown-scene project into an internationally touring phenomenon.

The special was filmed over three shows at The Montalbán Theatre in Los Angeles during May's Netflix Is A Joke Fest, with Zucker hosting and directing the live performances while Rachel Lee Goldenberg directed the taped special. Guest appearances include Neil Patrick Harris, Viggo Venn, Jordan Gray, Natalie Palamides and BriTANicK, with original music from the band Thumpasaurus. Zucker, dubbed the "bad boy of clown", created Stamptown after being repeatedly rejected by traditional comedy venues, and the show has since played Glastonbury, SXSW, Just for Laughs, the O2 Arena and Off-Broadway, alongside coverage from outlets including The Guardian and The New York Times.
