## Key points

- Police revisited the home where Brooke Hanlon was killed.
- Her death was ruled a homicide caused by sharp-force injuries.
- No arrests have been announced.

## Summary

Police returned for a fresh investigation to the New Jersey home where Brooke Hanlon was found fatally stabbed nearly five months ago. The renewed activity has drawn attention to a case in which officials have not announced any arrests or provided an update, while her husband, Conor Hanlon, denies involvement.

At least 15 law-enforcement vehicles were reported at the property on Wednesday, with investigators seen there again on Thursday carrying brown bags. Hanlon’s autopsy ruled her death a homicide caused by sharp-force injuries; a 911 recording captures her husband asking for CPR instructions after finding her unresponsive. She leaves a one-year-old daughter, and officials have not said whether a weapon was recovered.
