Ponte Firm, the creator-focused talent management agency led by Shana Davis-Ross, is expanding its leadership team across New York and Los Angeles, alongside a promotion in Texas. The move reflects the wider boom in the creator economy, as digital talent increasingly seeks professional management and guidance, prompting several agencies to grow their rosters and staff in recent months.

The agency, which represents lifestyle creators including Kit Keenan and Audrey Peters, has hired four new leadership-level executives and promoted a fifth. Jenna Bissonnette joins as Managing Director of the New York office from HangarFour Creative, with Jenna Galan as Director, Talent and Partnerships. In Los Angeles, Roy Peters becomes SVP, Talent and Partnerships, and Matthew Bojanic joins as Director, Talent and Partnerships, while Texas-based Annie Leggett is promoted to Senior Talent Manager. Ponte says the expansion comes amid strong growth, with revenue up 49% year-on-year, as the firm works with brands such as Chanel and Target and expands into publishing, podcasts and television.
