Netflix has renewed the popular young-adult drama *Crew Girl* for a second season. Written and showrun by Vivian Lin, the series follows 16-year-old Teagan, who becomes coxswain of a dysfunctional all-boys rowing team at an elite East Coast prep school, as she navigates rivalry, romance, friendship and family tensions.

Season 1 ended with Teagan kissing Cam after a casual relationship with Josh, while Britney renewed her offer for Teagan to join an all-girls rowing team at Easton Prep. The second season is expected to explore the complicated rivalry between Teagan and Britney, alongside further developments in the romances and the rowing team; Miku Martineau and the main cast are set to return.
