## Key points

- The ‘Watson’ music video contains newly animated scenes.
- It traces Weak and Avida’s relationship from their meeting to their break-up.
- The scenes add background to characters in the ten-episode series.

## Summary

A new music video for ‘Watson’, the end-credits song from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, tells part of Weak Kingsley and Avida’s history through animated scenes absent from the ten-episode series. Set to a track by Petite Meller featuring Oslo Green, it shows how the pair met, moments from their relationship and their eventual break-up. The scenes add context to a relationship that the series itself explores only briefly.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 was released on Netflix in October 2026 as a standalone story with a new cast. The official character profiles describe Weak as a former edgerunner known as King, while Avida is his former partner and the mother of Talia. The music video expands their shared past, giving viewers more insight into a family connection that matters to the series without changing the events shown in its episodes.
