Dakota Johnson Says She and Taylor Swift ‘Work Really Well Together’ on ‘Patient Zero’ Video
Dakota Johnson says her long-standing friendship with Taylor Swift made their collaboration on the “Patient Zero” music video work unusually well. Johnson stars alongside Swift and Colin Farrell in the video, which Swift directed and will premiere at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards.
Swift previewed the project with a 13-second teaser showing the three actors in mysterious, cinematic scenes, including one at a gravesite. The video is the first glimpse of Swift’s album The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, while Swift is also set to receive the inaugural MTV VMA Artist Director Honors.
