## Key points

- My Chemical Romance faces a cease-and-desist dispute over cheerleader lookalikes.
- Former Cowboys cheerleader Stephanie Roberts criticised the stage performance.
- Ric Flair’s daughter said he would be all right after a fall.

## Summary

Former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Stephanie Roberts criticised My Chemical Romance after the band used performers dressed as lookalikes in a stage gun battle. The dispute matters because the Cowboys cheerleaders have reportedly issued the band a cease-and-desist notice, though the article says it is unclear whether their concern is the costumes, the gun routine or both.

Roberts, who danced for the team from 2015 to 2018, stressed that the real cheerleaders were not at the concert. The column also reports that Ric Flair, 77, had a fall but his daughter said he would be all right; its other items include reader messages about tipping with two-dollar bills and political spam calls.
