## Summary

On the eve of England's 2026 World Cup quarter-final against Norway, David Beckham welcomed Harry Kane and the rest of Thomas Tuchel's squad to his Inter Miami training base. Beckham, who co-owns the Major League Soccer club, was joined by two of his sons, Romeo and Cruz, who watched the Three Lions train. The visit, together with a reported motivational address from the former England captain, gave the camp a high-profile lift before one of the biggest fixtures of its tournament.

The quarter-final was staged in Miami, with around 10,000 England supporters reported to be travelling to the tie as the side sought to reach a fourth World Cup semi-final. Ahead of kick-off, Tuchel urged his players to "be brave" and was said to have received a triple fitness boost, though he complained of having had no explanation from FIFA over Jarell Quansah's two-match ban. The occasion carried added significance given Beckham's own history as an England player and his ownership stake in the host venue.
