A Detroit-area couple have been accused of throwing an explosive device bearing an alarming two-word message into a neighbour’s garden. The allegation is serious because it involves a potentially dangerous device and could lead to lengthy prison sentences if proven.

Jason Showers, 45, and Megan Showers, 38, of St Clair Shores, Michigan, were charged in connection with an incident on Monday, according to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office. Prosecutors allege that Megan Showers lit the device, while both defendants face charges carrying potential sentences of decades in prison.
