Seven-year-old Ngone Talla, who had cerebral palsy and used a wheelchair, died after being found unresponsive on a school bus in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her family says she may have become trapped in a seat belt during the journey home, and they are questioning why emergency services were not called sooner.

Ngone was discovered by her 12-year-old sister after the bus had waited outside their home for around 10 to 15 minutes, following a journey of approximately 90 minutes. The coroner reported no traumatic injuries or signs of harm, while the school district, bus operator First Student and local authorities are investigating; the school is also providing crisis support.
