Ditching his ‘Whizzinator’ in a patrol car was Florida man’s second bad decision of day
The Flagler County Sheriff's Office says a Florida man on felony probation made two poor decisions while trying to evade a court-ordered drug test. James Shepard, 52, drove himself to submit a urine sample despite having a suspended licence, and then attempted to discard a fake-urine device known as a "Whizzinator" inside the deputy's patrol car after his arrest, according to the report.
Shepard was pulled over by a deputy on 14 July as he arrived to give his sample, after officers established his licence was suspended — itself a breach of the felony probation he was serving for multiple burglary and theft convictions. He was arrested for violating probation and placed in the back of the patrol car, where he reportedly tried to get rid of the prosthetic device before being taken to jail.
