Dolly Parton Estate Announces 2027 Dollyfest Shows in Nashville, London

The Hollywood Reporter · 12 hours ago

Dolly Parton's estate has announced "Dollyfest", a two-day music festival to be held in both Nashville and London in 2027, honouring the late country star. The event was originally conceived by Parton herself to mark her 80th birthday in January 2026, but was postponed after she stepped back from public life in August 2025 due to health problems; she died on 25 August 2026 following a battle with cancer, prompting an outpouring of global tributes.

Longtime manager Danny Nozell said the event, once destined for Nashville alone, will now expand into a "global double-day, double-weekend, double-continent" celebration across the two cities, describing it as fulfilling what he called Parton's own vision rather than a conventional memorial, which he said she never wanted. The estate has not yet confirmed exact dates or ticket details, saying this information will follow in due course, while inviting fans to grieve and celebrate Parton's music, acting career and philanthropy in their own ways in the meantime.
