Dropout, the comedy-focused streaming service, has announced it is becoming the exclusive streaming home for the work of acclaimed animator Don Hertzfeldt, bringing together a body of work previously scattered across different platforms. The move continues Dropout's strategy of acquiring distinctive, offbeat animation titles rather than mainstream franchises, following its recent addition of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared, and positions it as a destination for singular creative voices in adult animation.

The collection, live from Tuesday 4 August, includes the Oscar-nominated short Rejected, the feature-length It's Such a Beautiful Day, and the World of Tomorrow trilogy, alongside earlier works such as Lily and Jim and Billy's Balloon. Hertzfeldt's newest film, Paper Trail, will make its streaming debut on the platform on 1 September following its theatrical awards run earlier this year.
