A group of allegedly intoxicated passengers were filmed brawling with staff at Mexico City International Airport after being removed from an Aeroméxico flight for rowdy behaviour. Dramatic footage taken inside Terminal 2 showed punches thrown across a customer service counter, with airport workers, security personnel and members of the group all caught up in the melee. The incident, which unfolded on Wednesday, highlights the disruption and safety risks posed by drunken passengers before and after boarding.

According to the report, the group were reportedly members of the same family who had been drinking aboard the flight before takeoff. One passenger allegedly damaged the aircraft as the disturbance escalated, prompting the airline to remove the whole group over safety concerns. In the video, a man ripped a crowd-control stanchion from the floor and swung the metal pole toward employees before being restrained, while a person behind the counter appeared to shove several people and throw what looked like a bottle of water into the crowd. The confrontation reportedly continued after the passengers were escorted into the terminal.
