## Key points

- EA is releasing 25 classic games across three PC platforms.
- Seven titles are remastered as Anniversary Editions.
- Recovered footage restored more than 1,500 cinematic scenes.

## Summary

EA is adding 25 classic games to Steam, GOG and the EA App, with seven receiving updated Anniversary Edition remasters. The releases bring older titles to modern systems and, especially on Steam, make a broad collection of EA classics easier to find in one place.

The remasters include Wing Commander 3 and five other Wing Commander games, as well as Road Rash. EA says it has restored more than 1,500 cinematic scenes after recovering master footage from a physical media vault, and that the updates improve compatibility and controls while preserving each game’s original feel. The other titles are re-releases rather than remasters; GOG already had those older versions.
