Emily Ratajkowski has signed a seven-figure deal with Penguin Press for her next book, titled Mother F*cker, reportedly securing the agreement after a 12-way bidding war. The deal marks the model, actor and podcaster's return to publishing following her 2021 New York Times bestseller, My Body, and signals continued demand for her writing on themes of female identity.

The new book is described as an examination of modern female identity, told through Ratajkowski's own experience as a newly single mother dating in New York City. The subject matter echoes other projects in her portfolio, including an Apple TV series in development with author Stephanie Danler and Lena Dunham executive producing under her Good Thing Going label, which explores female identity and modern motherhood and marks Ratajkowski's screenwriting debut. Beyond writing, she has appeared in the Netflix mini-series Too Much, David Fincher's Gone Girl and the Entourage feature film, and hosts the podcast High Low With EmRata.
