## Key points

- Rivian’s roomy R2 may suit families, with a cheaper base model due next year.
- The $450 Technics headphones impress, while ASUS’s AI laptop targets specialists.

## Summary

Engadget’s review roundup covers several recent devices, with the iPhone Duo foldable and Rivian R2 SUV among the most notable. The reviews suggest both could appeal to buyers seeking new designs or an electric family car, though price, unfinished software and model availability may affect whether they are worth buying now.

The iPhone Duo is heavy and expensive, and some apps are not yet optimised for its larger screen, but reviewers say it avoids many first-generation drawbacks. The Rivian R2 offers a roomy interior, strong power and range; reviewers say buyers may want to wait for its base model next year. Other products reviewed include camera-free Ray-Ban Meta Audio glasses, Technics A1000 headphones priced at $450, and the costly ASUS ProArt P16 laptop, which is aimed mainly at AI professionals.
