The 32-year-old Englishman, ranked 292nd in the world, claimed the win in his 70th tour event, earning roughly £440,000 in prize money — more than he had made from his previous 19 tournaments this season combined.

Starting the final round seven shots off the lead, Dean produced nine birdies to overhaul overnight leader Dan Hillier and win by three strokes from a group including Hillier, Jacob Skov Olesen, Niklas Norgaard and Nacho Elvira. The tournament, disrupted by stormy weather in Warwickshire that cost over nine hours of play, marked the first event in the qualifying race for Europe's 2027 Ryder Cup team in Ireland.
