Evanescence have announced a 20th anniversary expanded edition of their second album, The Open Door, due for release on 6 November through Craft Recordings. The reissue celebrates an album regarded as a creative and critical milestone, while highlighting its renewed popularity after TikTok brought attention to “Sweet Sacrifice”.

The release includes a newly remastered version of “Sweet Sacrifice” and will be available in several coloured-vinyl variants, including midnight nebula, metallic blue and sea glass. Originally released to a No. 1 debut, the expanded edition features 17 tracks, including “If You Don’t Mind”, “Together Again”, “The Last Song I’m Wasting On You” and a demo of “Good Enough”; pre-orders are available through Evanescence’s website.
