Everything We Know About ‘Ted Lasso’ Season 4 So Far
Apple TV+ has confirmed that Ted Lasso will return for a fourth season, with creator and star Jason Sudeikis back on board alongside key original cast members. Speculation about a revival began in August 2024, when Deadline reported that Warner Bros Television had taken up pick-up options on three original cast members, and the project has now been officially confirmed, ending months of uncertainty over whether the acclaimed comedy would continue.
The new season is set to premiere on 5 August, with returning cast including Hannah Waddingham as club owner Rebecca Welton, Brett Goldstein as assistant coach Roy Kent, and Jeremy Swift as Leslie Higgins, while Sudeikis confirmed his own return on the New Heights podcast. A teaser trailer set to Mumford & Sons' "Rubber Band Man" and a fuller trailer, played at a Los Angeles premiere event and set to the band's "Run Together," have both offered glimpses of the new season, including Roy Kent welcoming Ted back to Nelson Road.
