Family Guy will air a new Halloween special titled "Family Guy: Happy Hell-o-ween" on Hulu on 5 October, featuring Kieran Culkin voicing the Devil. The special continues the animated series' tradition of Halloween episodes that has run since 2006, with the episode following characters Brian and Stewie as they die and descend into Hell, where they end up managing the underworld after annoying Satan himself.

The episode features the protagonists being hit by a car before entering Hell, where they take charge whilst Satan takes a break. The trailer showcases a darkly comedic underworld filled with flames, skeletons, demons, mariachi bands and various forms of torture, with other characters including Peter making appearances. The special draws on 24 seasons of the show's established humour and irreverent tone, with the cast including Seth MacFarlane, Mila Kunis and others reprising their regular roles.
