Daily Mail · 7 hours ago

Reece Salmon, 28, was stabbed to death on Lloyd Baker Street, Clerkenwell, in north London shortly before 11:20pm on Wednesday and died in hospital the following day. Police are investigating the incident but no arrests have been made, and detectives are appealing for information from members of the public who may have witnessed the attack in this residential area.

Lloyd Baker Street is one of the more expensive addresses in the area, with homes selling for up to £2.25 million in the past year. In response to the incident, police were granted enhanced stop-and-search powers across three parts of London, and a Section 60 order authorising additional searches was issued for the Caledonian Road, Clerkenwell and Hoxton areas from 4pm Friday to 6am Saturday. Reece's family released a statement describing him as a loving partner and son, expressing their devastation at the loss.
