The FBI searched a Beverly Hills mansion as part of its investigation into former Congressman Eric Swalwell, according to a law enforcement source. The search adds to a series of warrant-backed searches and seizures as investigators examine sexual misconduct allegations against him.

The mansion belongs to a billionaire donor connected to the investigation; the article does not identify the owner or say what agents took. In August, agents seized Swalwell’s electronic devices at San Francisco airport and searched his Washington home.
