- Investigations into alleged material are under way in Mexico and the Philippines.

## Summary

The FBI is reportedly preparing to search two Los Angeles storage units rented by Thomas Markle Sr, after his son told investigators where they were. The units are said to contain Meghan Markle’s former belongings and memorabilia from her father’s career; the search would add to investigations in Mexico and the Philippines into alleged child abuse material.

Thomas Markle Jr said his father had told him about the units around 2011 and that he had rented them for about 15 years. In Mexico, authorities raided a locker after sexually explicit material was reportedly found there, while Philippine police say they found files depicting minors on devices seized from Markle Sr’s flat in Cebu and are conducting further analysis. Markle Sr denies the allegations, describing them as “sick lies”.
