Five teens killed after their stolen car crashed on wrong side of the motorway ‘had been terrorising communities for a fortnight’
The teenagers, aged between 15 and 18, have been named as Joey Carthy, Alex McCarthy, Jeremy O'Brien, Jack Kennedy and Kamil Pustkowski.
