The market runs from 10 to 15 November in Los Angeles, with a dedicated space for Romanian companies and screenings of four films. Mungiu will join a 14 November panel on production partnerships and incentives; he said Romania’s cash rebate is operating again and discussions are under way about upfront financing, with possible results in 2027.
