## Key points

- Mourinho returns to the Clásico on Sunday.
- Barcelona lead Madrid by six points.
- Mourinho’s comments could be as compelling as the match.

## Summary

José Mourinho’s return to the Clásico has revived the long-running rivalry between him and Barcelona, with Real Madrid visiting the Camp Nou on Sunday. The article jokes that the UK’s new emergency-preparedness advice was timed to help people survive the spectacle, while stressing that the match is unlikely to trigger a world crisis.

Madrid are six points behind Barcelona, who have won all nine league games and scored 39 goals. Mourinho’s side have scored four in each of their last three matches, but will be without the suspended Vinícius Jr; Mourinho has also complained that Barcelona had 24 hours more rest after playing in Europe. His press conference is expected to draw attention whatever the result.
