## Key points

- Forest sit in the relegation zone after a poor start.
- The club retains confidence in Glasner’s methods.
- Home scoring and chance conversion are major concerns.

## Summary

Nottingham Forest are in the Premier League relegation zone after losing three games in a row, prompting questions about their start under manager Oliver Glasner. Despite the results, the club and players remain confident in his approach, while Glasner says Forest have deserved more from close defeats and need time for his ideas to take hold.

Forest have lost five of their first eight matches in all competitions and have yet to score at home in the league this season. They have won only two of 17 Premier League home games since November and gone eight hours and 26 minutes without a home goal. Their five league goals this season accompany a minus 6.20 expected-goals figure, the division’s worst; they visit Ipswich on Friday.
