Andy Williams, former guitarist of American metalcore band Every Time I Die and a professional wrestler for All Elite Wrestling (AEW), has died at the age of 48. He collapsed while performing in a wrestling match at an event in Pennsylvania on Saturday 5 September, according to TMZ, though no official cause of death has yet been confirmed.

Williams co-founded Every Time I Die in Buffalo, New York, in 1998 and served as the band's rhythm guitarist for its entire run, helping shape the group into one of the most influential metalcore acts of the 21st century across nine studio albums, including 2021's Radical, before the band split in 2022. He was also a lifelong wrestling fan who launched an independent wrestling career in 2015 under the name "The Butcher", teaming with Jesse "The Blade" Guilmette, and the pair gained wider recognition through appearances with AEW from 2019 onwards.
