Former ‘South Park’ Writer Launches Site to Expose Information About Cornell University Sexual Assault Case: ‘There Will Be Accountability’
Former “South Park” writer Toby Morton has launched TheCornell7.org to gather information about a former Cornell student’s allegation that seven men raped and drugged her at a fraternity party in October 2024. Morton says he aims to verify material before publishing it and to create a documented record; the site is still under construction.
The student sued Cornell two weeks ago, alleging the university failed to protect her and prevent the assault. After a university investigation, two men were expelled and five received lesser penalties; her lawyer says some men reduced their discipline by writing essays to the school.
