Fuerza Regida Offers Reward for 22 Stolen Videos as It Works to ‘Resolve Our Differences’ With Rancho Humilde
Fuerza Regida is offering a reward for the return of 22 live performance videos stolen from the band’s director after his car was broken into in Mexico City. Frontman Jesús Ortiz Paz said the group still has the recordings’ audio and is asking for the hard drives or memory cards, while saying it is working with label Rancho Humilde in good faith to release music for fans.
The band recorded the material for a live album, but has not confirmed whether the Instagram hashtag #PisteandoConLaRegidaVol4 is the project’s title. It says those who took the equipment can keep the computer and cameras, and is also seeking information about the theft. The appeal comes as Fuerza Regida and Rancho Humilde pursue opposing legal actions over their contract, releases, touring, royalties and creative control.
