Experimental band gash from Eau Claire, Wisconsin has secured a recording contract with Angel Tapes, a subsidiary of Fire Talk Records. The signing drew public endorsement from Justin Vernon, the Bon Iver musician and Eau Claire native, who highlighted the group's inventive approach and their embodiment of the city's independent creative ethos. The band will appear at Vernon's Eaux Claires festival later this month.

Their debut album combines samples sourced from founder Logan Nyberg's digitised personal video archive alongside freshly composed guitar-based material, creating a dreamy, experimental sound with echoes of underground artists such as The Microphones and Spirit Of The Beehive. The opening track and lead single 'good and bad' includes an accompanying music video directed by Kyle Scherber, a recent University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire graduate active in the local DIY music scene. The album releases September 25th, with the band currently undertaking a summer tour across the American heartland and South.
