Google says its Find Hub service can help people remember where they have stored important documents and belongings, even when those items cannot be fitted with a tracking tag. Used with Gemini, it lets users record a location by voice and later ask where an item was left.

To set it up, users need to enable Find Hub and select Gemini as their default assistant. They can then tell Gemini where an item is, add a photo, address or notes through Find Hub, or enter it manually in the app’s Remembered tab. When asked later, Gemini can provide the saved location and link to the item’s details in Find Hub.
