- Filming has wrapped, but no exact date is set.
- A third season has not been confirmed.

## Summary

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is set to return for its second season in the first half of 2027, following the success of its debut. The return extends HBO’s Game of Thrones franchise, while the show’s future beyond the already confirmed second season remains undecided.

The second season has finished filming, though HBO has not announced an exact release date. Showrunner Ira Parker has said he has mapped out at least three seasons, based on George R. R. Martin’s three Hedge Knight novellas, and reports suggest HBO is interested in following Aegon across different stages of his life. Any further seasons will depend on viewership.
