Two masked individuals were reportedly filmed banging on the Massapequa Park home of convicted serial killer Rex Heuermann before running away as the family dog barked. His former wife’s attorney said the household continues to face harassment, more than a month after Heuermann received the maximum sentence for murdering eight women.

The incident reportedly involved two people in black masks, T-shirts and shorts approaching the property. Heuermann was convicted over killings committed between 1993 and 2010, and the episode highlights the continuing impact of the case on relatives who remain at the family home.
