## Key points

- Coach packages were oversold because of an administrative error.
- Affected buyers keep their festival ticket and get the coach fare refunded.
- They have until 31 October to opt in to keeping a coach seat.

## Summary

See Tickets has confirmed that an administrative error led to more coach packages being sold for Glastonbury 2027 than there are seats available. Affected customers will keep their festival tickets, but their bookings will be changed to general admission and their coach fare refunded unless they choose to retain a coach seat.

Customers must opt in by 31 October to keep their coach booking; deposits are unaffected and remaining balances are due in April as usual. The festival runs from 23 to 27 June 2027 after a fallow year, with general admission tickets costing £408 including the booking fee, and a resale is expected in spring.
