## Summary

Twisted Teens released their third album of 2026, *The Holy Cross Tigers*, on Sub Pop and marked its release with a video for “I Spend My Time Crying”. Directed by Jack Massucci, it follows a young person around New Orleans as they fish, sell their catch door to door and learn to drive.

The song has a more acoustic guitar led sound than the band’s earlier tracks “Stalks” and “When We First Met”; a calico guinea pig also appears in the video. Twisted Teens are touring with Kurt Vile and the Violators before headlining shows in Australia, and are scheduled for Primavera Sound and Best Kept Secret in 2027. The album follows two other 2026 releases, *Blame the Clown* and *Florida Water Blues*, and the band’s 2024 debut.
