## Summary

GOG marked its UK 18th anniversary with updates to classic games, a new publishing label and additions to its community and launcher features. The announcements reflect the DRM-free store’s effort to preserve older games and support new releases inspired by classics.

Its preservation programme has repaired more than 1,700 issues across old games, with 300 titles funded through GOG Patrons, which has over 10,000 supporters. Road Rash is available in an updated version, while Wing Commander 1–4, Prophecy Gold and Privateer 2 are due anniversary editions; owners of the original GOG releases will get those updates free. New label Retro Vibe will publish five games, and GOG also announced an integrated forum and plans to bring Galaxy to Linux.
