## Summary

Michael Block is enjoying a strong start on the PGA Tour Champions, following the attention he drew with a tied 15th-place finish and a hole-in-one at the 2023 PGA Championship. After a tied 10th-place finish at the Simmons Bank Championship, he said the senior tour had not changed his family life or how he lives, adding that he was having a great time.

Block, a teaching professional from California, turned 50 in June and made his Champions debut two weeks later, finishing tied ninth. In 11 starts he has not missed a cut, with three top-five finishes and earnings of just over $600,000. He credited support from Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Orange County, where he works, for helping him continue competing.
