## Summary

A United Airlines flight from Las Vegas to Newark returned to the airport after a flight attendant reported that a passenger had allegedly sent messages threatening to hijack the plane. The incident prompted a law enforcement response and a security check of the aircraft, while passengers had to wait overnight for a replacement departure.

The flight turned back about 13 minutes after take-off. Dante Milne, 25, was arrested, charged with a felony threat or false information related to terrorism, and later released on bail; the article does not establish how the messages were sent or who received them. All 149 passengers were evacuated, and the flight left on Sunday morning after the crew exceeded its permitted operating hours.
