## Key points

- Moyes says Grealish could still return to Everton.
- His absence follows a disciplinary issue.
- His availability for Coventry remains uncertain.

## Summary

David Moyes says Jack Grealish can still have a future at Everton, despite the midfielder missing the club’s two recent wins over Newcastle after a disciplinary issue. Moyes would not say when Grealish might return, leaving his availability for Friday’s match against Coventry uncertain.

The 31-year-old Manchester City loanee was left out of a 3-1 Carabao Cup win and then missed Monday’s 1-0 Premier League victory, which lifted Everton to seventh. Everton cited a lack of fitness for the second absence, while Moyes said only that Grealish was unavailable and declined to discuss the disciplinary matter. Grealish has made six appearances in his second loan spell and is out of contract at City at the end of the season.
